Shipping Policy and DisputesAll orders are sent within 48 hours of order completion via your selected shipper during check-out. Upon processing of your shipment, our server will send you an automated e-mail letting you know that your item is on it's way along with applicable information on how you can track the shipment and progress of your shipment including any applicable tracking numbers and information. We only allow USPS First Class, USPS Parcel Post, USPS Priority Mail, USPS Express Mail, USPS Priority Mail International, UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, and FedEx Home. Regardless of the shipping method we always ship with some form of delivery confirmation. An item deemed to be "delivered" by the USPS, UPS, or FedEx is deemed by us to be delivered regardless of claim of non-receipt. Once the package is delivered to the shipper of your choice the liability for the shipment and delivery is passed on to the shipper - at no time shall Dakota Stitch & Design be held liable for any lost packages, damaged packages, or claims of non-delivery. For international shipping all dues, taxes and other fees are the buyer's responsibility. Dakota Stitch and Design will not be held responsible for any customs fees, dues or taxes. Buyers are encouraged to contact us, prior to placing an order, if you wish to purchase insurance, signature confirmation, or other specialty services - special services are not automatically applied to your order unless requested, by you, prior to your order being placed.
